The IT professionals at the Raymond James Personal Service Center are available to assist in resolving technical questions from 7 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Eastern Time on weekdays, by phone or e-mail. The Personal Service Center is also available on weekends and holidays. In addition, we offer Ask RJ, Raymond James' interactive web tool that lets users quickly obtain user-friendly information and technical support online 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
