TWELVE RAYMOND JAMES AFFILIATED ADVISORS NAMED
TO BANK INVESTMENT CONSULTANT’S TOP 50 LIST

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — Bank Investment Consultant magazine has announced the results of its 2009 ranking of the “Top 50 Bank Reps.” The prestigious list featured 12 advisors affiliated with Raymond James Financial Services (RJFS), the most of any firm. In addition, three advisors placed within the top five spots, with partners Don Foster & Steve Sherrod of The Bank and Trust in San Angelo, Texas, placing first on the list, and Troy Glawe of Countybanc in Greenwood, SC placing fifth.

The annual list ranks the top financial institution-based advisors by the ratio of advisors’ production to the deposits in the branch or branches they cover.

The 12 Raymond James-affiliated advisors are dual employees of RJFS and their financial institution per an agreement between the bank and the Financial Institutions Division of RJFS (RJFS-FID).

John Houston, Managing Director of RJFS-FID, stated “Being named to the 2009 Top 50 Bank Reps list is a great achievement. These advisors define what it means to be the best in the industry. I’d like to give special recognition to those who have been named to the list multiple times: Brock Kidd, Philip Moses, Peter McFarland, Bern Mahon, and Greg Scott have all placed in the past and were named to the 2009 list. Their success demonstrates the quality service provided by each of these advisors, their financial institution and Raymond James.”

Partners since 1984, Foster and Sherrod credit their success – especially during the market downturn – to prudent asset allocation, consistent communication with clients and managing client expectations.
