Raymond James Equity Research Department provides our advisors a multitude of research resources to give them the information they need to make informed decisions on behalf of their clients. The department’s nationally acclaimed efforts include a daily morning meeting that streams live on the Raymond James intranet site, archived audio files and research reports that consolidate news released throughout the day.

Company-specific e-mail alerts are available from our consolidated research application and include Raymond James, Credit Suisse First Boston and Lehman Brothers. Additional e-mail alerts are also available. Examples of these alerts include the morning and afternoon research call notes, daily and weekly technical market comments, daily and weekly economic comments, weekly investment strategy comments, and industry-specific comments.

Each December, the Raymond James Equity Research Department has released its popular Analysts’ Best Picks list for the following year to Raymond James’ financial advisors for their exclusive use with clients. While past performance is not indicative of future results, since 1996, a total of 129 stocks have been recommended through the Analysts’ Best Picks list. Of this total, 92 advanced (71.3%) and 37 declined (28.7%) within the recommended holding period. The list has outperformed the S&P 500 by an average of 27.9% annually over the past decade.
